We also have extensive experience in special-use properties, such as: R&D facilities, data centers, automobile dealerships, multi-million-dollar mansions, religious facilities, cold storage facilities, student housing projects, and childcare centers.

Our Appraisers have provided pre-trial preparation for attorneys and expert testimony on real estate, admitted as Expert Witnesses in Georgia Superior Courts, and authorized Appraisers for the Georgia Department of Transportation.
