Also, we are very responsive and time sensitive to clients’ questions or need for further clarification on any projects. QVA strictly adheres to the confidentiality requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and further defined by our clients for each project. 

QVA appraisal reports are prepared in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Foundation and the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, our reports conform to the requirements of the relevant state’s Real Estate Appraiser’s Board.
